Support


You will not be left on your own to support and maintain your CRM system. We offer various CRM support packages that can be completely customized to meet your needs. We will provide your staff with a team of dedicated support consultants that will be available to assist with the most basic or complex issues you will face. Service contracts are available in order to guarantee certain levels of service and response time. Typical support agreements include the following:

  1. Annual Support Contract
    • This is the most customized and highest level of service we offer.
    • An annual plan that guarantees 24 hour turn-around time.
    • Blocks of hours are purchased upfront and support resources are assigned to your account.
    • The annual contract has four packages, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. These packages are primarily differentiated by the amount of pre-purchased support time, and the guaranteed response time for support calls.
    • Hourly support costs are reduced based on the amount of hours purchased.
  2. Per Incident Support Contract
    • This contract is just as it sounds. We will provide support on an as needed basis at our standard hourly rates.
    • We will still provide an exceptional level of service, however there is no guarantee on response time, and there will be no dedicated support resource on your account.
